From a roastery in Çorum, with love.
Çorum has been roasting chickpeas — leblebi — for over 500 years. We grew up on it: warm bags handed over from the corner shop, eaten on the walk home, shared with cousins. Corumcrunch is our way of bringing that snack to the rest of the world, without losing the soul.
